Stranger in the Mirror

Episode 1

Azra, the daughter-in-law of one of Türkiye's most established families, embarks on a journey of no return, taking her daughter with her. When her life is turned upside down overnight, she is forced to leave her daughter behind. She has only one solution to reunite with her child: she will change her face, return to that mansion as a completely different person, and reveal all the secrets of her husband, Emirhan, and his family. In this way, she will save both herself and her daughter from this hell. In this relentless struggle, Azra's path intersects with Barış, a successful plastic surgeon. However, fate has a more challenging game than she could have imagined. Having lost her memory after the surgery, Azra awakens to a great unknown. While searching for traces of her past with Barış, a mysterious phone call will take her back to the Karaaslan mansion; she will return to the house where she once owned a mistress, now a stranger in the mirror.

Episode 2

Once the lady of the house, Defne now begins working there as a maid. She starts closely observing every member of the family, unaware that her pursuit of the truth poses a grave danger to both herself and her daughter. Her familiar gestures and inexplicable habits soon catch Emirhan’s attention, raising tension throughout the mansion. As Defne’s mysterious bond with Leyla grows stronger, she takes a daring step that could cost her everything. Meanwhile, her unshakable trust in Dr. Barış reaches a breaking point when a secret she’s been hiding comes to light—sparking an unexpected closeness between two wounded souls. Elsewhere, Azra’s brother Selim begins investigating Barış, launching a deeper search into Defne’s true identity. The mysterious basement room in the mansion also draws Defne’s attention, and her uncontrollable curiosity pulls her straight into the heart of danger.

Episode 3

As the curtain of secrets surrounding Defne's past unravels, Barış now knows the truth: Defne is Azra Karaaslan. Just as he's about to confess, a dangerous face next to Emirhan stops him. He's torn between his heart and his conscience. Barış, who thinks Emirhan is uncanny, searches for ways to get closer to him in order to understand his intentions and finds himself challenging him. To uncover all this mystery, Defne pursues Azra, unaware that she is the one who is, and takes a huge risk by including Leyla in her plan. This move makes her the target of Emirhan's wrath. However, Defne stands up for Leyla, no matter the cost, without fear. Her courage catches Emirhan's attention. Desperate to make amends for his daughter, Emirhan, along with Defne and Leyla, travels to the Maiden's Tower, where he proposed to Azra years ago. But this journey also turns into a confrontation for Defne.

Episode 4

Having regained her memory and realized that she is Azra Karaaslan, Defne faces a grave danger when her fingerprints are taken at the police station. Yet, for the sake of her child, she makes another immense sacrifice and manages to conceal her true identity. Still, even that isn’t enough to save her, she is soon referred to the prosecutor’s office on charges of theft. Just when it seems all hope is lost, a mysterious figure unexpectedly rescues Defne from prison. Meanwhile, Emirhan’s public press statement throws both his family and the media into chaos. What he believes is an attempt to find his missing wife instead unravels long-buried secrets and reopens deep emotional wounds. From that moment on, Defne comes face to face with Emirhan’s dark side for the first time. Barış, worried about Defne’s growing recklessness, sets out to prove that Emirhan is not the innocent man he appears to be. But in doing so, he suddenly finds himself entangled in a serious misunderstanding with Nehir.
